Nestled in the Adelaide Hills, Little Bonsai Gin Co was born out of a love of gin and Bonsai. We instill the philosophy of Bonsai into every bottle of gin we distill. Patience, precision, foresight and a delicate touch! All of these principles are key to our brand and the gin we produce. Our founder, and head distiller, Nate combines his obsessive pursuit of perfection, love of tradition and artistic nature to produce the smoothest and most delicate of gins that we’re immensely proud of, and one we want people to love in the same way we do.
