Little Bonsai Gin Co was born out of a love of gin and Bonsai. The art of Bonsai is a complex, delicate, patient and precise artform and we infuse all of these principles into every bottle of gin we produce. Our founder, and head distiller, Nate combines his obsessive pursuit of perfection, love of tradition and artistic nature to produce a gin that we’re immensely proud of, and one we want people to love in the same way we do.
