Little Bonsai Gin Co partners with Burnside for the SS. Series fashion events

We were super excited to be asked to partner with Burnside Village for their Spring/Summer (SS) Series fashion festival which donated all proceeds to their charity partner – Youth Opportunities. It was an absolute blast and a resounding success for everyone involved. Hats off to Koula and Rachel for putting on such an amazing event. We approached Burnside VIllage to see if there were any opportunities to promote our newly released Wildberry Gin to their amazing customer base and they came back with an opportunity we couldn’t refuse. We came up with a signature cocktail for all the guests on arrival, using our Wildberry Gin – blueberry sugar syrup and lemon juice. We were so happy with the result 😊. So that you can enjoy the cocktail yourself this spring, here is the recipe

Cocktail recipe – 45ml Little Bonsai Gin Co Wildberry Gin – 45ml Lemon Juice – 30ml Blueberry Sugar Syrup

Method – Put all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half full of ice. Shake for 15 seconds, strain into a martini glass and enjoy!
