Our Modern Dry Gin is a local twist on a Japanese style gin. Light, smooth and incredibly well balanced the Modern Dry displays bright citrus notes and a lasting sweetness and warming finish thanks to the ginger and pink peppercorn. This is a gin for the connoisseur. Delicate, clean and with a hint of citrus and ginger. We suggest enjoying this gin on the rocks or neat.
Serving Suggestions:
Whilst best served neat, or over ice, our Modern Dry Gin is just as delicious with a dash of your favourite mixer. Being a refined, delicate gin we highly suggest mixing this with a quality mixer (Mischief Brew No.1 tonic or Ginger Ale are perfectly paired) and mixing it one part gin to one part mixer
How we drink it:
Half fill a glass with ice
45ml Modern Dry Gin
Dash of ginger ale
Slice of lemon or dried mandarin
Slice of cucumber
(We like both)
